During my time at Alexandra Middle School, I was able to work with a young boy with special needs. Together we designed and built a race car doorstop for one of his favorite teachers.

I believe this project instilled an incredible sense of pride and accomplishment in this young student and has made me realize the importance of fostering effective relationships to develop a better learning environment.
